Our "Hermann Hill Guarantee" is that our lowest rates will always be posted on this Web site and all of our specials (except last minute) are retroactive, so advanced reservations get the same deal as those who book at a later date. Pricing varies by the season and the day of the week. Specials are offered due to occasional last minute cancellations or excess availability. We offer the new Hermann Hill Village Cottages at the same rate as Hermann Hill Inn vineyard suites but always require a minimum two-night cottage stay (unless only a single night is available).

Single Night Weekend Availability
We hold five of our eight rooms at the inn for single night weekend booking November to May and three rooms at the inn for single night weekend booking June to September. We normally book all cottages for a minimum two night stay, except when only a single night is available between two multiple night reservations. All eight inn rooms are available for single night weekday (Monday-Sunday) reservations.

Last Minute Availability Specials
We love guests making last minute reservations! When booking less than 24 hours in advance of your arrival, you will always receive a 25% discount off your midweek (Mon. - Thurs.) reservation and a 10% discount off your weekend reservation (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.) We would prefer to book a two night weekend stay with a 10% nightly discount than split two night stay rooms into single night reservations, so feel free to call us Thursday afternoons if you see that we have weekend availability or for any last minute reservation at 573-486-4455.

Dinner on Us! Summer Special
This summer we're selecting two weeknights each month as rewards nights for guests staying at the Inn. Book a room with us for Monday, June 15th or Tuesday, June 30th and receive a $40 gift certificate to enjoy at a local restaurant. Bon apetit! The Inn's July dates for the gift certificates are Monday, July 13th and Wednesday, July 29th.
Guests staying at the Inn on any weeknight in July will also receive an extra surprise!

Packages and Gift Baskets
Order any of our packages and gift baskets at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation and we'll have it in your Inn room or Village Cottage when you arrive. Please ask us how we can personalize your gift basket to satisfy your specific tastes. We can also add vouchers in any five dollar increment that can be used at area restaurants, wineries, shops, grocery stores, and bakery.

Over 40% of our guests use gift certificates when booking their stay at Hermann Hill. Kids give them to parents and parents give them to their children. Offices collect funds to buy them as wedding gifts and spouses give them to one another for birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas. They never expire and Hermann Hill gift certificates can be used at both the Inn and Village Cottages. Hundreds of couples honeymoon at Hermann Hill in Missouri each year, and the numbers keep growing especially now that we opened the wedding chapel. In 2009, we are offering a no-charge value added package for all honeymoon couples booking at least two consecutive nights at the Inn or Village Cottages. The package includes:
A Bottle of Champagne or sparkling grape juice

A special Same Time Next Year package, including discounts

Pregnancy at Hermann Hill (Babymoon Package)
We have noticed an increase in the number of couples who stay with us just prior to their baby's birth and are providing this complimentary Babymoon Package to make these couples feel even more welcome and pampered. Your package includes a personalized gift basket of miscellaneous goodies, a body pillow in your guestroom, and the option of arranging an en-suite pedicure and massage by appointment at additional cost. | Frequent Stay Programs
1. Same Time Next Year
We introduced this program in December 2004, and it is our most popular special. Book the room or cottage of your choice for next year before you depart, and we'll give you this year's rates and an envelope that will be wax sealed for you to record your thoughts on the coming year. We then put that envelope in your room on the day of your arrival. As another reward for our Same Time Next Year guests you can bring a second couple for the same rate as you pay for your 2009 stay.
2. Hermann Hill's Rewards Program
Introduced in our August 2008 Newsletter, this program rewards our repeat guests. After you've stayed 10 nights with us, you'll receive a gift certificate equal to 10 percent of what you spent. It's just that simple, and for most guests it means their eleventh night is free. Features of the plan include:
- Rewards are retroactive to January 1, 2008, so all of this year's nights count.
- American Hero Specials, multiple-night discounts, Same Time Next Year, and Last-Minute Discounts still apply.
- As you get close to your tenth night, we'll send you an email reminder, so you can plan your next stay.
